Pick a plan

Tell us roughly how many pages you print per month — mono, color, or mixed. We'll match you with the right machine and give you an exact monthly cost before you commit to anything.

Get your printer

We deliver, install, and network a commercial laser copier at no upfront charge. Toner is included. PM supplies are included. If it breaks, we fix it — that's in the plan too.

Pay monthly, that's it

One monthly invoice. Based on pages printed. No surprise overages for color, no "excess pages" charges beyond your agreed per-page rate. Every line item is visible on your bill.

The honest questions

We'd rather you read the actual terms than show up expecting something we can't deliver. These are the real questions people ask before signing up.

Is it really free?

No upfront equipment cost — that part is real. You do pay a monthly fee tied to your print volume. The machine itself is never yours to own; it's covered by your service agreement.

What's the minimum commitment?

12 months minimum. After that, month-to-month with 30-day notice. We're not trying to lock you in for 5 years — that's the lease model we're replacing.

What happens if we print very little?

There's a base service fee that covers equipment and maintenance regardless of volume. If you're printing under 200 pages/month, a per-page plan may not be cost-effective — we'll tell you that upfront.

What happens if the machine breaks?

We fix it, at no additional charge. That's part of the plan. If the repair takes more than 24 business hours, we provide a loaner if available in your area.

The actual terms, in plain English

We're a small managed-print company in Fort Worth, TX. We provide commercial laser copiers to DFW businesses under a service agreement — not a finance lease, not a capital lease, just a service contract.

Equipment ownership: The machine remains property of MNMS LLC / FreePrinter during the contract term. You are not purchasing or leasing to own.

Monthly fee: A base service fee covers equipment maintenance and is charged regardless of print volume. Per-page charges apply above the base.

Early termination: If you cancel before the minimum term, the remaining base service fees for the term may apply. We'll show you this number before you sign.

Service area: Currently DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex). Remote support available for simple issues; on-site limited to DFW.
