How FreePrinter Works

FreePrinter is a managed print plan where the equipment cost is built into your service rate rather than billed upfront. You agree to a monthly print plan based on your expected page volume — which covers toner, service, and the placement of a business-class laser printer. The equipment remains ours; you print as much as your plan covers. At the end of the term, you can renew, upgrade, or return. It's the printer equivalent of a phone plan — you get the device, you pay for usage.
